What we collect

Teacher account: your name and email. Classroom data you enter: student names, index numbers, points, badges, attendance, and notes. Payments: bank-transfer references and an optional transfer slip image — we never see or store card numbers.

How it's stored

Data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Student names and index numbers are entered by the teacher and are used only to display within that teacher's own classes. We do not sell or share your data, and we never send student information to third parties.

Children's data

Gubblee is a tool for teachers, used with students typically aged 6–18. Teachers are responsible for obtaining the appropriate consent from their school or institution before entering student information. Only enter the minimum needed (a name and, optionally, an index number).

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Payment slip images are automatically deleted shortly after a payment is reviewed. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from My Account → Delete account. For help, contact us on Telegram at @Javaa_99.

Shells, payments & refunds

Shells (our in-app currency, 1 Shell = MVR 1) and subscriptions are activated manually after we verify your bank transfer. Shells you purchase do not expire; subscription plan Shells last for the plan period. Approved payments are generally non-refundable, at the owner's discretion. We may decline any payment request that can't be verified.

Acceptable use

Purchased content is licensed for your own classroom use. Don't resell or redistribute it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access data that isn't theirs.
